I was banned wrongfully over at TOPK about a month ago. First thing to do, is contact support. If you don't have any luck over 1 week, then go to gaile's page in wiki and post there.
I can tell you that if you truly are innocent, they will also look for other things that might cause you to be banned. Like any scamming, or any other activity against the eula.
Also, during the mass ban of 3700 people there were several people who raptor farmed often that got banned saying that they were bots, and some of them never got their accounts back.
The problem is that certain characteristics of what you do in regards to timing and what commands you have, what order your skills are in, may make you a candidate for being banned.
Their test may be sensitive to catch bots, but not specific enough to weed out the false positives. I have posted on gaile's page about this in particular.

I want to encourage to tell support to be vigilant in developing a good false positive test to get good rule abiding players from getting banned.
Since I got banned at TOPK, I have decided to stop farming vaettirs, raptors, topk or any other solo farm that is easy to do in a short period of time.
The only solo farm I do is smites in UW with a W/ME build, which I hope is complicated enough that through the way I play I can show that I'm human and not seem to be a bot to their bot detection schemes.
