What to do with...

...decent weapons that have sub-max inscriptions (or whatever) on them? Risk the salvage and apply better ones? Or just toss them to the merch.

good skin & bad inscr = doesnt matter cause inscriptions are worthless anyway. also you can just put a better one on them without salvaging the other

good skin & noninscr but nonmax inherent = you cant change anything. so as long as its not a rare skin like crysta, serpent and so on give em to merchant....
