Error 007--Only at certain areas

For a few days when i attempt to load into certain areas (Kaineng, Eye of the North, and Rilohn Refuge i currently have problems with) i get error 007. I'm not sure if it is a problem on my end as it's only a few areas i can't load into and not the entire game. Any suggestions on how to fix?

It may be that those servers have an issue with updated DNS. Try the Google Public DNS and see if it resolves the issue.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but since it's still an active one I thought it'd be best here instead of a new one - when trying to enter the Gate of Torment or Abbadon's Gate, I'm having what I assume is the same problem (Gate of Anguish is fine). The game sits on the connecting screen at 0% for 5-10 minutes until I get an eventual 007.

I redownloaded the image overnight with no success, and I switched over to the Public DNS as assimilated Rahja has suggested to no avail; I'm currently staring at a 0% loading screen as I type.

Any further suggestions? For what it's worth, it's not the same outposts with issues as Fumus - I tested all three areas he is having issues in with no problems.

EDIT: I just got on another character and switched to an Italian district, then switched to my stuck character (who was on American servers) - at which point Gate of Torment loaded instantly. I feel pretty stupid for having not thought of this until after I posted. I'm going to assume the problem is in Anet's servers somewhere.

yes this has happened before and they said its caused by people sitting in those districts (so town and language) with a non updated copy of guild wars, but that usually will effects everyone so it might be something different entirely.
