Scoundrel's Rise broken this morning?

anyone else notice the lack of any wik content in scoundrel's rise?
i went outside toa and got sb recruits to join immediately so it's not like my duder's broken. i wasn't out there before this morning's bounty so i don't know how long it's been.

ummm, how much did u explore the area and how many times did this occur?

The only Mantle that I encoountered there today was the bounty boss group. They're in the little area where the swamp is.

I vanq'd that area earlier in the week, and had the same bounty active and they were the only group I found. Assumed it was normal, but dunno.

Unless you have inquisitor Bauer active that group is the only wik group in scoundrel's rise. I noticed that when i vqed just after the Bauer quest.

Maybe they are regrouping into major areas due to the Shining Blade activity lately?

We have been killing lots of mantle lately so they could be tired of getting killed

Just did the daily wik and the area looks completely as I remember, not sure what is supposed to be wrong.

Yeah nothing is wrong. The area only has multiple WM spawns when you have the Inquisitor Bauer bounty active. Otherwise, there is only Joh the Hostile's group in the swamp area.

inquisitor bauer is a set bounty prereq for the now 3 (i think) quests that salma herself gives...did that a while ago.

i noticed that bauer's group was gone as well as the non-boss group next to them as well as the group that is usually by the ship wreckage after the first 2 or 3 mergoyle wavebreaker groups from gates of kryta. i tried it from lion's arch and gates of kryta but only saw bog scales where the wiki showed joh the hostile. maybe i missed something.

edit: k, nm. joh was further back in than it seemed on the map. i guess i was in a hurry before work this morning. still though...a lot less mantle than before.

Inquisitor quests will spawn special mobs that are not normally there, the normal WiK bounty quests mobs are always there.
