No one can PC the new greens yet. It takes time for the market to settle when a new item appears. Right now you can ask as much as you want. Start high and the "got to have it first" players will buy.

Well how about NOW?

Start asking for 30 ecto don't go below 20 ecto. You might get that.

Edit: My above pc is because its a green from WiK. Although this thread says between 5-15k....
