Is this insulting and against rules?

I know this question might be stupid... but just to be safe:

I want to know if it is insulting and against rules to say "Grow up" in public chat to kids who are arguing ALL DAY LONG

saying an insult im pretty sure isnt against the rules..its a game..maybe the excessive use of bad language might but saying 1 insult wont get u in trouble..this isnt kindergarten..and if u have to say an insult..how about trying to use the ignore function first..if ur list is full then just ignore the person and go do something else

You haven't played enough gvg/ha to know how people really insult/flame "all day long" Unless they get excessive and start qq spamming, they won't get banned

"Grow up" is not an insult.

Hinting at someone's immaturity might get him/her offended, but definitely not an insult.

If they are arguing all day long, then they are just trolls. Telling them to grow up won't do much.

Don't think it's against any rule or terms of whatever, but if you're American and they know you...you run the risk of being sued for anything.

No and No. It's not insulting, but since kids hide behnd their keyboard and haven't gotten a dose of the real world yet, you know for sure they are going cry and moan about it and go to abuse the hell out of the report feature with their friends and launch several reports against you, and since anet seems to think the quantity of reports is greater than the quality of the defendant's side of the story, you'll get a nice suspension or even ban. Don't think it can't happen because it will.

Oh...and personally, I'd say a lot more than "Grow Up" if it were me in your shoes, but i'd have to invite them to a local ventrillo server first, then make them go deaf as a proceed to beat the shit out of them verbally.

And defiantly a lot nicer than I would have replied, then again, I usually have all chat turned off. Text-Speak, racial slurs from obviously white teens, just annoy the hell out of me.
