Returning player, need help please!

Hello everyone!

I quit shortly after Factions came out, and now I'm trying to get back into the game, but I'm completely overwhelmed on what I'm supposed to do.

I bought all the campaigns, including the Bonus Missions + all campaign skils unlocked + pretty much everything else NCSoft had on their website to sell.

I'm currently a level 16 Assassin/Elementalist in the Factions Campaign, in Kaineng Centre.

Some people gave me PVE assassin templates but apparently I needed to get the Sunspears title to unlock those skills (no idea how/where/when).

No idea what I should do. I don't even know what I'm doing with the HERO system; I somehow unlocked Vekk, Mox and Odgren, and I'm currently using them instead of henchmen during missions.

Can somebody please give me a plan layout on what I should be doing with my assassin? Like, where I should be missioning, what to aim for, whats the ultimate goal, what skills/titles/heroes I should get, any advantages of completing any of the campaigns or not?

They only unlock all skills in PvP...
This allows you to learn skills by using a tome in PvE, but you do not automatically get them all.

1. Heroes - M.O.X. you received by purchasing all the campaigns; Ogden & Vekk you received by going to Eye of the North expansion area. You can get a few more fairly easily by taking your assassin to Nightfall campaign. The problem is that they need to be equipped with runes, insignia and skills to be useful. Any skills unlocked on your account will be available to your heroes.

2. What to do - Finish the Factions campaign with your Assassin. This will allow you to learn to play your profession. Then pick another campaign and move to that one via the appropriate Campaign Travel quest. http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Campaign_Travel

3. Sunspear title track is part of the Nightfall campaign. You can use Hero Skill Points to purchase Sunspear skills from any Hero Skill Trainer who are found only in Nightfall.

4. Since you left we have an Official Wiki which is available as in-game help using F10 or Help on the Menu or /wiki in the chat bar.

5. To learn about your profession read the stickied basics thread in guru's Campfire section Assassin sub forum. This will explain the different uses for your character. An assassin is not the easiest profession to learn. You might want to pick another one to begin your journey.
