Shocking Plagueborn Recurve Bow of Marksmanship
Lightning Dmg: 15-28 (Requires 9 Marksmanship)
Damage +14% (while in a Stance)
Marksmanship +1 (19% chance while using a skill)
I'm unsure wether removing any mods & selling would be worth it or if it's going to meet the fate of the merchant.
Hopefully someone can help give me an idea on what to do, Thanks to anyone in advance.
