reverse zaishen coin trading

ok, so yesterday I really needed some fast Bfaction, but I've spend all my zaishen silver on zaishen gold, so my idea was: the zcoin gold trader would trade you 10 silver coins for a gold, and the silver trader would trade 1 silver for 50 bronze. =)

Nice idea, however it might be 1goldcoin + 0.1k, not just plain trade.

I agree, slightly punish people that revert their coins.

Been suggested, but I'll respond anyway. ONLY if it costs more to revert than it does to convert. Doesn't have to be a big difference, but 10% more would be nice to discourage using it.

Yes, it's been suggested before. There is no reason not to allow this.

There is some logic though to increasing the cost slightly to transfer back (its not like the price to covert from bronze to gold is much anyway). Mainly so people don't take advantage of saving storage space by having a bunch of gold, and then convert back to bronze and take up 4-5 slots. Not like the price to convert back has to be exorbitant or anything (that would defeat the point).

It is a good thing noone in this thread is in charge of a bank...
take a dollar into the bank and ask for change and they give it to you, exactly a dollars worth.

Yes i realize that banks make a profit, and i never said they didn't...
We are not discussing loans or a line of credit here, no one suggested being able to take out a loan of z coins that had to be repaid with interest.
What we are discussing is basically making change, you put a dollar in the change machine you get a dollars worth of change back.
How you could compare making change to paying interest on a loan is beyond me.
And what is the arguement about storage space? Who cares what other people have in their storage? How does it make any difference to anyone but that person? There are some really ignorant arguments against this.

Isn't the current gold fee good enough?
I don't see a reason to add additional costs, converting a Gold Zcoin into 10 Silver Zcoins should have the same fee as converting 10 Silver Zcoins into 1 Gold Zcoin.

I guess I like to think of it as a restocking fee. Go to various retailers with a return and you will get 100% of what you paid for the item back, but.... BUT.... you have to pay a fee for them to restock the item in the store. There isn't any reason you should NEED to change from gold to silver. The items available are easily seen, so make use of them as you need. If you made a mistake, it should cost you (a VERY SMALL amount). My opinion, you don't have to agree with it, but you won't change it.

First of all, this game doesn't have these factors in it, does it? we're talking about virtual space here, not real space...
And the NPC is a collector, not a trader, he doesn't have supply and demand to consider.

And there's already a fee for converting Zcoins, why make it bigger? why is it not enough? how does it help the game?
