Why was last automated tournament in septemper?

Well i saw some tournament games on observer few weeks ago, but now they are gone and the statue in temple of balthazar shows last winner was Gear in septemper.

The trophies update whenever aNet decides to update them. For example.. It was like 2 years before they finally updated them. :\
