Forgot My Characters Names?

I bought my son a guild wars account a while back. He had not played it for a while and when he tried to log into it he has forgot all his characters names. what do I need to do to log into it again?

Contact support and they'll most likely have to get you to show a picture of his serial key to his account.

You need to contact support
http://www.guildwars.com/support/

They'll advise you how to gain access to the account

The only thing you can do is contact support. Sorry.
