Forgot Character name

I am trying to login to my account but with the new login i can't remember my characters names. How can i find them? Yes, i have contacted the support but they have not replied to my question.

You already did what you needed to do to find out what they are, which is contact support.Remember you can fill in ANY of your character names, it doesnt have to be the first or soemthing like that.

Besides that, think about it, could it be something to do with your guru name, maybe stuwk stuck?

maybe you have Screenshots of you character , check your screens folder. else contact support

i'll tell u what i did
i logged onto vent with some of my guildies and had them read me the name i'm listed in the guild with :P

I had the same problem on a few mule accounts.


Support told me it was a one-time-only leniency where they'd give me character names for accounts without providing proof (I have the CD keys but I don't know where they are.)


Just wait on Support. They'll get back to you.

Huh? I hope you provided some sort of convincing proof. Otherwise the hackers get a "one time only" too. Kind of defeats the purpose.

my account was blocked after my failed attempts at trying to login (first time trying to login with the new system) ive already sent a message to the support but how long does it take for them to respond........
