Give Heroes PvE Only Skills.

Since heroes are only PvE accessible now, should they not be able to use at least 1 PvE only skill (perhaps with the exception of the Norn elites)? The heroes would use your character's title tracks as the attributes and only be able to use the PvE skills your character has obtained.

No, this would encourage more solo play.

GWs is meant to be played either with a group or solo, so why does it matter? I don't believe that more people would play solo just because they can give their heroes PvE only skills. I do believe, however, that giving heroes PvE only skills would make the game more enjoyable.

I didn't like the introduction of pve skills in the first place made pve way to easy and if they would also give heroes pve skills it would be even worse.

By more enjoyable you mean more easy? I can currently do most of DoA with 2 of my accounts, the exception being Mallyx because I just cant be bothered. PvE skills would make this a walk in the park for any team, specifically if you bought sets of heroes to run them.

Its like playing a PS2 game and saying "If I use this cheat, it will be easy and more enjoyable".
Its not, and you grow very bored and tired of the game after a small duration of time.

I agree. Ever since PvE skills were implemented, the difficulty level went down the drain. So, I would assume allowing heroes to have PvE skills also would just make the game even easier. In my opinion, easy = boring.

PvE is already easy enough - you can just run the discordway builds to roll through HM.

Agreed.

Unless they add VHM: Very Hard Mode. In which case HM would just become NM, and NM becomes EM (Easy Mode). As if that will happen lol

Actually, one tangent we could go on...

We don't give heroes PvE skills. Instead, give each hero a unique skill based on their background. Jora gets bearform (the Norn version, that is - possibly a weakened form, explained by her only JUST getting it back), Pyre gets Gloat, some of the Nightfall heroes might get a Sunspear skill each (at a fairly low rank, NOT the rank of the player), and so on. It'd need to be carefully done so that you don't get people deciding that a hero is better than a player more than absolutely necessary, but it could serve to add some individualism to the heroes.

Would make the game very easy, 2 players 6 heroes EvaS, YMLaD spikes, there wouldnt be any more challenge left(as if there is any).

Imagine the echo+YMLaD spikes, insta kill.

Most of the PVE skills are over-balanced anyway. This idea would just make H/H even easier than it already is. You already have cons and summons, no need to go over kill. If anyone needs their H/H more powerful, or are finding things hard to do, then they need to relook at what Hero skills they are using, and find the synergy with the Hench they are taking. There isnt a single thing in this game, yes even in HM, that cant be H/H already with what they currently use.

Stop asking for the game to be made easier. It is already easy! If you want the game to be handed to you go play some crappy offline game with cheat codes to give you 10m super allies to destroy everything.

Haha...that would be insane...you would absolutely roll through everything...

Only thing you cant roll through right now is some elite areas which, its the point to have a group of people

If they were to add this, then there wouldn't be any point to playing with people or even playing at all. They'd might as well merge normal mode with hard mode and call it boring mode. Please stop trying to turn a game into something you don't play.

Necrosis allows you to run a Discord team without speccing into Death Magic or using an elite slot.
Summon Spirits allows heroes to run virtually any spirit spam build better than a human.
Asuran Scan allows an physical damage class to rape their targets.

The list continues, but the short of it is that PvE skills are too powerful as they are. If anything, they need to be nerfed, not buffed. And although the skills won't change, giving heroes access to them is a buff.
