In FoW today, I got this staff. I found it strange that it dropped with the stats it did, but not sure if it's a bug or just stupidly rare?
Insightful Shadow Staff of Divine Favor - Gold and uninscribable
HSC of spells (20%)
Energy +10
Max Damage Req.9 Channeling Magic
HCT of Death Magic Spells (20%)
Energy +4
Divine Favor +1 (20% While using skills)
Is this rare, bugged and/or valuable??
Bugged Staff? Or is this just rare?

EDIT: It might be valuable to collectors, I don't know. Check and see if there's such thing as an HCT for specific attributes (instead of item's attribute) for staffs. If there is, no. If there isn't, there's sure to be some idiot who'll pay for it.

Staff Wrapping of Divine Favour for the +1/20%. Not sure about the Death Magic, probably a quirk of Prophecies' silly item system.

lol nice. to OP: welcome to the world of FoW. it's the only place wammos could get a tactics shield with a +1/20% for healing spells. most of the time the drops go "randomize" and you get screwed. it sucks, but its been that way forever.

On the other hand, since you don't use a staff for the damage, the Channeling Magic requirement is unimportant. The HCT of DM spells could be useful for a Necro build or x/N build that uses Death Magic.
The Insightful (+4 energy) staff head and Divine Favor staff wrapping, can, of course, be changed.
P.s. One of my Monks uses an Celestial Staff that requires Illusion Magic and has HCT of Smiting Prayers, which fits very nicely into her RoJ build.
