Unlimited uses, makes you count as Drunk for skill purposes, does not affect Drunkard title track and using other alcohol will start from level 0.

Can be bought for 1 Gold Zaishen Coin in the Great Temple of Balthazar.

In short, something that allows for the full use of three drunk-boosted with no hassle but doesn't "devalue" the Drunkard title. Cost is not too high since it's not that big of a benefit, but enough to match the handiness of being able to use Dwarven Stability, Drunken Master, and Feel No Pain at full effectiveness without needing to worry about alcohol supplies.

While there are better things the developers could be working on (such as skill updates) I do think it would be a nice thing to add in.

Only benefit is to provide EASY access to PvE skill use. This is bad for game balance. Many people already want PvE skills removed, so making them more powerful or easier to use is not a smart idea.

I'd sign for outposts. As magma said this nullifies the need to accumulade ale for the pve skills.

Hmm... /signed

Would allow my nondrunkard characters to actually use these skills. As it stands, my ele is my main and my title holder. But its kinda annoying that I have to save all my booze for him so my characters that are classes that can actually use those skills effectively can't.

This would be the same as changing the skills to their full effect... (aka, when ur drunk).

Why the hassle?
Why don't you just propose to remove the "while your drunk" clause to their secondary effects?
Wouldn't that be easier?

And btw: /notsigned because
a) the mentioned skills are powerful enough already
b) the "while drunk" adds to the dwarven/ norn lore
c) it's not hard with a keg lying around in storage anyway

Yeah, it is annoying. And removing the drunk for the skills would be another option. But ah wells.

All it would do, was allow you to buy it one time and then you could abuse it on out by using it with each PvE skill that requires you to be drunk, turning off post-processing effects and such. Really pointless IMO. It will also crash the alcohol market IMO because people also buy alcohol for these skills so people selling it will get less customers. In otherwords it'll hurt the already hurting economy.

What about one that doesn't even make you count on being drunk, but could give you the effects/talking maybe, just for fun, like the fireworks.

The skill is fine as intended. Quit QQing about a reasonable requirement.

I like my kegs of ale and firewater/grog just fine.

In conclusion: No sankyuu. Do not want.

Actually it's 50 gold coins for the fireworks, if my memory is correct.

Anyway;

/signed. Even if the skills like Drunken Master are better. Nothing compares to SF and look how long that's been around.

just add "does not effect skills"

And hell, if it is for drunkard title or just rambling nonsense...instead of making it unlimited uses but act like a normal ale....make it 1 use and make it last forever, so they would still need to buy more when zoning, and if they want the title they can afk with it on (too bad for the D/Cers though har har)

Ummm that's the exact opposite of the OP's suggestion.
