gw authorization error

i bought gw back when it came out. then i got tired and let my brother play on my account and eventually he changed the email and pw and such and he bought factions. i want to get back in gw so i asked him if i could play it for awhile and he gave me the email and pw and such he hasn't played it in a long time so i log in and i get this weird error it says your account is not authorized to play gw if you wish to continue playing please click the enter the store button to purchase the appropriate guild wars campaign. idk what to do and i see his level 20 character on the screen but it won't let me play any help is appreciated. i have a terrible feeling that he screwed up my account =P

The error you are stating appears to be trial keys and the Promotional period has expired. What was the actual "Error Code Number"?

well i played the original for about 3 months so unless they have a 3 month trail version. there is no error number its just a red box with that error message

On the login screen, press the button "Edit Account" towards the bottom of the screen, then find manage access keys. It should tell you all of the access keys you have added to your account and if they have expired or not.
