That blows. I didn't cut/paste (ftl) so you can't hear my sob story again, but suffice it to say - I've had enough of this RL-stealing addiction called GW - and I've decided not to play anymore. Therefore, I'm giving away a bunch of stuff to empty my inventory. Put your name here (DON"T PM ME) and a short story of your choosing. You won't get rich - but I've got some decent stuff to dole out.

After that, all of my fully-loaded toons, my GWAMM ranger with thousands of hours on it, will just sit and gather dust with nobody else playing them...so nobody can enjoy the fruits of my labor. That's a real good EULA a-net has set up. Frickin' lame. but whatever. But, there's always - well, nevermind....

My Story: Started playing a little over 2 years ago, after seeing a friend play it. All I play is my Ranger. The other chars are just for bday presents I started playing with NF, and then got Proph & EOTN. I've been thinking about starting a warrior, as the ranger gets destroyed by A-net updates time and time again(Whichs makes me very angry). I've been going to "Horroween" and similar events since I started playing, and i've donated lots of items to things like that. Uhm I usually give a free bow to a new ranger whenever I see one. Now granted, its not a perfect bow, but its not bad

I'm not sure what kind of story you wish to read, but the first post suggests any short story. Everyone else is posting stories about themselves. I suppose I'll post one about me, and one about my character, just in case. Feel free to read one, both, or none.

About me:
I have been playing Guild Wars fairly steadily for about three and a half years now. My favorite character has always been my Necromancer. A third of the time I've spent on GW has been spent playing her. My fiance and I are currently racing to the Rainbow Phoenix - whenever we feel bored with the game, we pick out a new goal to keep us in the game. Thankfully, neither one of us has ever been 'scammed', 'hacked' or even suspended, as we are always very careful. Aside from working on some max titles, I am on a constant quest to make each of my characters unique and interesting. To achieve this, I have been working on armor combinations for each of my characters until they look just right.

About my character:
Illharess d'Vhid chose her profession as a Necromancer nearly four years ago. She enjoyed adventuring, but something was missing from her life. She became obsessed with beauty in an attempt to fill the void. Because of her obsession, she began to lose her grip on reality as she lost bits of her soul through her own dark magic. By the time she met a Ritualist named Haitou, she had already begun her descent into madness. Fortunately, Haitou's presence had slowed the descent considerably, but nothing could stop it completely. The two journey together, their lives now intertwined.
