no real problems here, i mean - the connection is cool, always green dot unless it's raining/snowing outside, then my isp tend to crap the things up and i have lagspikes. but besides that, i haven't noticed any change between today and a year ago.
try checking your own providers or changing them guys. however it's true that gw has some downtimes recently, twice this week, even.

Got to love LimeLight. LimeLight is the company that is currently hosting the servers for A-Net. This started a few days ago, the servers have been up and down ever since.
@dkrn; I have noticed a huge increase in lag over the last year. My pings use to average 35-40 now I consistanly try to play at 150-250.

GW support indicated to me that the high pings started at LimeLight Networks. Probably explains why both ANet and my ISP denied that they were to blame for the lagg these past few months.
On further note; friends on MSN are having exact same problems, all from England also.

I can get onto most characters, except those in Guild Hall.
Was stuck in American Districts, usually play in Euro, but can freely map between International & Asian districts, without any errors or (Code=13).
Other than that, trying to map to Euro/American districts, I disconnect with 007, 040 & 013.
