UK, EU Districts.

Code 13 constantly, havnt been able to connect for the past 45 mins. Seemed to start 10-15 mins after zaishen rotation, HB crashing the servers? UK here btw

Maybe they are removing TA/HB and introducing Sealed Deck in this way. :P

:S i was playing about an hour ago and the i couldnt go GH, couldnt do anything, couldnt tade, couldnt change distrcit, couldnt change area,,... error 13, i logged out and tried to log on again ....... now i cant even go on a character...

what was that bout perma ban?? we all been banned or something?

Can't access characters in the guild hall, getting code 13, 7 and 40s. I can access those in international towns though ( Lions Arch and ToA )
