25% vs charr bowstring

I got this a while ago and have never seen one like it before. All % damage seem to be 20% and under. Can anyone help me out on this? Thanks!!! IN game name is "ananedhel of arnor"

i could be saying to high buy a 20% is 30k but this could net upto 100k or maybe more coz of the rareity i have to say i havnt seen one like this before

I researched official gw wiki and heres what I found:

* Charr: of Charrslaying (there used to be collectors in Ascalon for 25% Charrslaying mods; they were removed in an update but the mods are still around)

So this is a nerfed item. Since it`s a collectors item, it may be hard to price check. However the best way to find out it`s value is to put it up on auction in the sell section and see what people will pay.
