Most UNDERpowered skills?

I always see what is overpowered being discussed, but enough of that. What do you believe are the most underpowered skills in the game?

Lamentation. 's crap.

I think hands down the most underpowered/underwhelming skill is Charge! as an elite........... In today's state of the game and I think back in the day there have always been better ways to make the team run a little faster.

Charge! shouldn't be an elite IMO

Echo? No...

Sprint? Maybe. Doesn't do any damage.

I'm really not sure. I agree with Ccat, though. Lamentation is pretty bad.

I agree Lamentation is pretty horrible and Aura of Displacement is kinda weird also

Diversion (needs to be semi-spammable)
Price of Pride (very badly needs a PvE split)
Stolen Speed (25 percent isn't that impressive in hard mode and no AoE)
Crippling Anguish
Frustration (wrong attribute...)

Some skills that don't even have a niche:

Overbearing Smash
"Retreat"
"Fear Me" (what an awful nerf)
Protector's Defense
Feral Lunge
Symbiotic Bond
Supportive Spirit
Reverse Hex

All from a cursory glance at three professions' skills. There are other bad skills out there, but I've either seen the others used to good effect or can imagine a meta where they would be useful.

"Charge" was once the standard elite for Sword warriors and Forge runners, which says something about power creep. Before Factions, no one in their right mind would have called it underpowered.

Unnatural Signet Signet. Removes the most recent nature ritual. Your skills are disabled (60...36...30 seconds).
60 seconds of no skill usage. pwned.

Preservation = useless elite.

Nature rituals weren't always spirits. Unnatural sig used to be the only way to remove them. Ofc, it was still pretty bad

Shadowform. It reduces damage dealt, what is up with that.















On a more serious note, Reaper's Mark. Needs some kind of change. And Animate Flesh Golem.

Second Wind is pretty terrible, especially because its an elite

quick shot hands down by far THE WORST SKILL, cant think of anything worse

Recurring Scourge. 25 Energy, 5 Second cast time, 10 second recharge.
Hex Spell. For 10 seconds, target foe has -1...3...3 Health degeneration. Whenever that foe is healed, this hex is reapplied.

Revive Animal
Archer's Signet
Muddy Terrain
Holy Haste
Spell Shield
Supportive Spirit
Purifying Veil
Light Of Dwayna

Those are some goodies, couldn't be bothered browing through more professions.

Preservation, Lamentation off top of my head.

gonna have to say swirling aura. only blocks projectiles with 50% chance and a 45 second recharge? nty...

More than half Paragon skills. Spear Mastery attacks are pretty weak too. War, Ranger, Sins and Dervs all have skills with +30-40 damage while paras are all +17 and below. With the one +30ish giving the user weakness. You could tell Paras to use different weapons for more damage but Paras, are also sadly, not very versatile.
