Collaborative guide to filling your HoM

Generally, its simple to fill your HoM. Though some of the finer details and quicker methods may not be generally known. If you have suggestions for other players, please post them here.

My suggestions:

1) Beat all games to get most of the "Honor" monument. I'd suggest doing Sorrow's and one title of your choice

2) Mini pets are easy. Just buy the cheap ones. the Black Moa Chick is also a good idea as you can use it as an excuse to beat sf.

3) Heroes and Pets aren't difficult. It's usually as simple as buying the armor off of other players, dedicating MOX for free, and using the Black Moa as an easy statue.

4) Armors aren't too hard. If you have 5 chars with prestige armor, your done

5) Dweps or Tweps are hardest imo, It seems to be generally +/-30k for a wep on the market. If you buy your mats in stacks then 25k approx depending on diamond and onyx prices. I'd suggest doing dungeons and farming granite to negate costs.

I personally need some suggestions for the destroyer weapons.

*added note: If you have a raptor farming char, I'd highly suggest making use of it to get 1) $, 2) the max asuran title for "Honor", and 3) possibly for the asuran armor.

Just buy whatever weapons you think you may actually use on that character, or that you at least have a chance of using. After that, just buy according to your bank account's needs

Obviously, destroyer weapons are the econo-way of filling up the HoM. Just do 1-4 tormented weapons for some variety if you don't want a full row of destroyer weapons

Im just saving to buy them all at once, have nearly all the mats just by buying them form guildies when they get them in chests and such so. then its just about saving for the gold.

Yeah that's pretty much the situation. I'm not getting any tweps, thats too much cash.

I won't be keeping any Destroyer weapons at all, even on my heroes, because I'd still have to look at the fugly things. I plan to craft no more than a couple at a time, add them to HoM, and then salvage them for mats to recycle into the next weapon. Hopefully that will keep costs down a bit.

Also remember that for your titles, that your Luck, Unlucky, Treasure, Wisdom, Luxon/Kurz are based account so that is instant halls for all chars. Your pets include the Black Moa, Underworld Black Widow, Imperial Phoniex, they get there own statues. The other pets (take only 1 ) makes a dedicated statue. Personally I would just dedicated destroyer weapons they are way cheaper to make, plus you can always resell your tormented weapons for almost the same price they cost to make them. 20 mini pets=full (if I am correct) so don't dedicate the costly pets (including celestrial pets).

On several weapons, the wiki page says they cannot be salvaged for materials, so I am not sure that that would work.

I bought all the onyx and diamonds for destroyer weapons off players for 300g a piece. took me about 30mins to get enough of both of them. Then farmed granite and iron,,, cost me 98k for all the weapons

That's my plan. We've been doing alliance DoA runs for the past few weeks (yay Mallyx statue), and I've been on a few. Still a few gems short of my first armbrace, but I'm figuring why I shouldn't just sell the gemsets and get enough gold for just shy of 2 destroyer weapons each (and Tormented Bows seem to have leg-clipping issues) instead of 30 dweps for one twep...

Yes destroyer weapons take awhile. I am farming LB/SS points on all my characters and get inscribed shards to salvage them for granite. That way I can kill 3 birds with 1 stone or granite.

hardest part, imo, is getting the rarer minipets. assuming youre going for an actual full hall, kanaxai, panda, vizu, etc....unless you've played and powertraded since day 1 it seems like you've no chance at attaining 1 of these.

Do VSF and youll get all the diamonds and Onyx you'll need

I must agree it is the fastest way without buying them, plus you might get lucky on the Voltaic Spear hehe

I wonder if there's an easy way to get GWAMM to make the watery statue solid.
I just know it will have awesome bonuses in gw2 like a shirt that says: "I beat Guild Wars 100% and all I got was this stupid shirt"

I assume with a decent level of playing skill "People Know Me' (R2) will suffice.
Knowing GW designers the HoM link "benefits" wont be as game breaking as the pre-searing Fire Imp.

You get roughly ~110 Asuran points per run, each run is like....5 minutes? Assuming you start from 0, to reach the max title you need a total of 160,000 points. You need to repeat the farming 1455 times. Which translates to 122 hours, which is roughly 5 days if you're really hardcore =p.

Not too bad a way to max title if you can endure repeating the same thing 1455 times in a short amount of time.
