Vasburg armory

Is it possible to get to Vasburg armory straight from HzH, without doing Eternal grove or primary quests?

Not from HzH, but you can get there without doing Eternal Grove if you've done the Luxon side of Unwaking Waters. So if you mean no primary quests at all (including luxon), then no, I don't think you can.

I believe that once you've done one Unwaking Waters, you can just map travel to the other one.

There is no way to avoid doing Eternal Grove to get to Vasburg

IF you have done the Luxon side, you can "backtrack" through the Kurzick areas to VA. I did the same to get all the way back to Gyala Hatchery because I was too lazy to do the quest to get there. Ironic, I know.

I Did It Last Week Without Doing Eternal Grove.

Make Sure Your Aligned With Kurzick.. Come Out Of Harvest Temple And Go West To Unwaking Waters (Kurzick)
Go Through There And Through Morostav Trail...
Bang Your At Vasburg Armory....
Oh And If Anybody In Your Party In Luxon The Kurz Gate Guard At Unwaking Waters Wont Let You In Until They Map Out.
