I was wandering if anyone knew how much this is. I used the search function and found a few different versions but not the exact item so I figured I'd come ask. Here are the stats.
Cold Dmg: 7 -17 (Requires 9 Dagger Mastery)
Dagger mastery + 1 (20% chance while using skills)
Inscription: "Guided by Fate"
Damage + 15% (while Enchanted)
