Hi, I read that it's better to not workd/play on an administrator account on vista. I always did but now i'd like to change this. I made a different account, set this one to administrator and made mine a normal account.
Then i tried to hide the administrator using
net user administrator /active:no

I used it on my account and the administrator account and both say: acces denied, how do i solve this?
thnx for any replies

Quote:
# Run the sysprep /generalize command
When you run the sysprep /generalize command, the next time the computer starts, the built-in Administrator account will be disabled.
-or-
# Use the net user command
Run the following command to disable the Administrator account.

net user administrator /active:no
Try this it should work
