How to contact ANET about tourny points?

So I heard Regina said to contact ANET if we didn't receive our tourny points or whatever... where do we do this?

Do we just go to NcSoft's "Ask a Question" tab?

Both my accounts got no tournament points.

Wait a day or two, they may show up yet. If they don't, then yeah, use the "ask a question" tab.

Do we got to submit two Ask a Question if we have 2 accounts?

or can we just submit 1 with both of our accounts

I'd assume contact with 1 support ticket, implying x account and y account

I would post 1 per account. The more they have stacked up in their support queue, the more of a problem the realize they've got on their hands.

Wow glad to see I am not the only one with this issue Just checked on all my account and I got 0 pts total I will give it a day or so see if they fix it. No sense in flooding them with emails about free gold I trust they can get this resolved

I have a question... I already sent my tickets to them. If they fix this in a day, will I have to respond to support?

btw,does anyone know how that contact mail should look like...? and do i have to send it from the mail adress on which is acc registered or that is not important?

Three accounts, 0 points for me. They all tell me to go register. This is the first time I have tried doing the tourney predictions. Don't know if I will try again or not if it is this buggy.

I believe there is a button the allows you to close the support ticket. Otherwise just say "thank you" I guess.
