If I put some nice mods on this thing will it be worth anything? I heard that req 7 max golds are really hard to come by.

You can't add mods to it unless you found something that has yet to be found... try it, but doubt it will work

as is I'd say you could get 5-15k as a collectible, maybe a bit more

you can add mods, just not an insc, its worth alot more than 5-15k though.

i'd say in the range of 100k+

im with stueyg,u cant mod it,and now as it is-its useless.imo 15k with some luck

Off-hand items without an inscription slot can't be further modded/changed.
I'd say merchant but then again maybe, with luck, you find someone willing to give you something.
Even the one mod it does have is not max :S
