Question about the character selection screen

Yesterday all my slots got switched around.
For example my monk was in my last slot, but now is in my 2nd slot.
I didn't mess with the Sort on the top left (it's set to None as always). It just happend all of a sudden when I switched character. It's not a very big deal obviously, but I'm wondering if anyone knows what causes it. (It happend once before over a year ago)
Does anyone have any idea? Thanks in advance

It's just a glitch/bug that was existed...not a big deal...you don't lose anything

When you first sign in, before selecting a character , look in the upper left of the screen. There is a small box that gives you options. You can set up the way the characters are displayed. There is a none, alphabetize and PvP/RP selection available.

The screen may have been showing in one mode and just popped to another. A glitch, as mentioned above.
