PC R9 Eternal Bow

Havent played for 3 months, and out pops this thing out of zchest.

If i can get a PC I'd be very appreciated.

I'm not sure about how rare the are... I usually get at least 1 max eternal bow every time I go into UW. Personally, I'd consider that fairly common... dunno though, I'm definitely no expert.
