after 4 years we finally can change our characters and that's real good, lots of people are happy with it but for a 4th year birthday i expected we'd get a normal makeover and extreme makeover for free for starters
but instead they're just trying to get into our pockets even more

Well I support that decision. They weren't releasing any new campaigns to gain money so that was a way for them to still get money

if you made a char you dont like, and you dont wanna spend money, go for Mask of Mo Zing instead

Quit whining, its an optional feature, OPTIONAL if your character is that ugly, you should have thought about that before you clicked create. They didn't need to implement this, and yet when they did its still not enough. Get over the fact that you have to pay for optional features, and move on.
