So I did a little math.

The 20 slot equipment pack costs 15 gold coins.
A gold coin costs 10 silver coins.
A silver coin costs 50 copper coins.

so: 15*10*50=7.500

... 7.500 copper coins are required to get the 20 slot equipment bag.

Well fair play I'll just farm the quests... 1 being able to do by myself taking between 30 mins - 1 hour a 20 copper coins. So if I do one of those a day I'll have the pack in:

7.500/20=375

so it's going to take me 375 days to get that one stupid equipment pack???
Well even if I did that daily quest on all of my 7 characters then it would take me more than 53 days!

Hell no! That is an unreasonable request.

"you could just do the other quests as well" - someone is probably going to say. Well sure I could but umm... I don't have time.

The other quests include killing bosses and the first boss was: Kanaxai. That takes time! Both for recruiting people for it and for actually doing it.
And then there's the PvP quest. Might be somewhat easier than the boss one but some of the forms like GvG and HA needs 1: A huge amount of luck, great PvP skills + the time it takes to gather a decent group

Was there a point other than you don't want to put in the time or effort to get this item?

there will be prob be a pvp quest involves RA, TA, HB, AB. Just use pvp char and do the quests, once you are finished, delete and remake. You can farm infinete amount of times per day. Plus PVP quest reward seems to be greater than pve reward.

These quest, bounties, challenges are probably account based so what you said will not apply.

I can attest that at least the quest (Blood Washes blood) are character based. I did it on my ranger, it is still available to my Sin

I don't think so, I made a PvP last night and did the 3 wins for an easy 9k balth 250 coins but after switching to a PvE monk I picked it up again...haven't redone the quest but I got it again =\ that a bug or intentional?

So you're saying you'd spend 375 days just to get a single item? I didn't think so.

The quests are character based. At least the Pve ones i have done

A guildie of mine claimed he could not put his coins in storage. He deleted and remade his pvp char so he could do the quest twice. So basically you can't switch coins to other characters.

I just did a little math myself, and the results are disheartening. I simply cannot believe it, I end up with results of over 100 days if I use multiple chars to do the quest several times a day.

Seems I will have to make do with the small bags.

Although currently bugged, you can place the coins in storage and do the quests on multiple characters. 20 Coins is only for the NM version of the quest, do it in HM and you get 70, which reduces your time (doing only the one quest) to 108 days. There is also the Bounty and Challenge, which may be long/hard today, but this is the first day, wait to see what the other ones offer. Kanaxai is a long and difficult bounty, but how many times can they do Kanaxai, Urgoz, Mallyx, The Darkness before they start repeating?

This is brand new. Wait until we have had a few days to see what it offers, and to allow Anet to make changes they may decide to make. For now, just be patient, and not so greedy. None of this was stuff we NEEDED, and none of it was paid for.

Yeah, it's pretty crazy and kind of annoying. Way too much time to get it. lol.

My Bounty was Molotov Rocktail and my Mission is Blacktide Den - not Kanaxi/Blood Washes Blood.

The quests just updated to the new ones.
Anyway Molotov Rocktail is an easy 70 copper zcoins.

Kanaxi/Blood Washes Blood were yesterday's bounty/mission. They change daily.

If you read the update (yes the actually text on their website) it clearly states that z-coin are not tradable, but you can transfer them via Storage. It is a bug that prevent people from putting them into storage atm, they are looking into it.

Thank Melandru the bounties are not all in the elite areas. Kanaxai on the first day? I want some of whatever they were smoking.

Just the gvg quest is gonna get me 250/350 * 9 coins every time it gets here.. I got it on all my characters right now and I should get it again within 2 weeks, I can also do some other random quests, so I think I will have that bag in about 2 weeks.
