so, does the D'Alessio Seaboard xp gainin stil work by standing beside the door ?
i ran my lvl2 necro there and i am not getin any exp.

have they fixed this ?

the bug is that as the white mantle kill undead it registers as a combat kill, necro will often get a soul reaping pop-up. but I was in a deserted international dist and nothing happened so i believe the bug is fixed

It works, you have to map to an empty district and have to be close to the gate. Only the first wave gives xp, after that you have to jump to another empty district. Use the asians, the only people you might encounter are the ones doing the same you are.

Make sure nobody is in the district by simply saying, something in all=chat, if you get the message "Nobody hears you", it should still work.

I cant remember seeing any update notes about fixing this. Although, being honest, i wasn't really looking for the, you ought tot est it in an empty district to find out.

Doesnt it just make more sense to get a guy to power level you?

If you have to zone for it, it is not even time-efficiënt.
Strangely, I do recall getting 0XP from them when I was there first. Probably wrong though.^^

Since there is some confusion over how the bug works... perhaps you could post a picture standing in the proper spot that shows yourself getting experience?

This is useful to get to level 10.

Why 10? Because then you can Journey to the North, and level up with Dwarven Boxing.

ya, it works, i am in euro russian district, as long as nobdy else in district with u, its good.

the first wave does give u xp, the other ways dont neccesarly give u xp,
