Help: Running to plains UWSC

So I've been trying to learn pits for UWSC. The actual quest is easy, but I keep dying on the run to plains. The group never waits up for me... if I'm lagging, it takes longer to activate SF + rubber banding etc. Then if I hit a trap, it's pretty much over for me, since the group runs ahead and triggers charged which kill me.

How to get to plains????

well, if you have serious lag and rubberband issues, UWSC is not the best place for you to be at.
anyway, i was running the way with my wastes build (no IAU, only BUH! as self-heal) and i managed to do it
just avoid activating traps (although its possible to survive even this, as long as theres no charged around), when approaching charged, refresh your SF so that you dont get KD on your recast and you should be able to get past them, with speed bonus from cons was always enough (just use BUH! when you re below 50% for longer duration)

well, i do solo UW planes runs for my ecto's lol
the run is not so hard i would say, i have 486 health and if i hit an trap i survive it with 3 health left.
charged blacknesses are slow, you have essence.
and if they hit you, 2 or 3 wont kill you
