I only have prophecy campaign right now and if I buy the pvp edition, are my pve characters going to be able to use the skills from all campaigns?

PvP is for PvP only as the name should suggest - your PvE chars unaffected.

This might answer your question. As long as the skills are unlocked on the account then you should be able to learn them with any character.

Not true. If you don't own a particular campaign, your pve characters will not be able to use skills from that campaign.

You can only buy the skills if you can actually visit the PvE side of the campaign, however, if you had heroes I believe they would have access to the skills
