Just make sure there's 13 in prot. (my templates are messed as they are non lvl-20 builds, so change em before you use em.) You have been warned.

Use
Casting the enchants on you is the most important part of this run.
1. Have each monk cast [[Balthazar's spirit] on themselves see screenshots. (left of [[blessed signet])
2. Have one monk cast [[Balthazar's spirit] on you.
3. Have all monks cast [[protective bond] on you.
4. Have all monks cast [[life bond] on you.
5. Have all monks cast [[essence bond] on you.
6. Have all monks cast their remaining enchant on you.
7. Double check the bonds by hovering your mouse over each monk's maintained enchants.
8. Keep up Melandru's resilience.

XP seems to be capped at 700xp per kill, so I used slayer's insight scrolls 750xp clipped to 700xp
so for the math...
1,196,900xp needed to get survivor from lvl 20
700xp X 60 foes = 42,000xp per run.
1,196,900xp / 42,000xp = 28.5 runs to max title
1 run takes about 3.5 to 4 minutes (I was slow and methodical, probably could be done in 2-3min).
28.5min x 3.5min = 99 minutes or an hour and thirty nine minutes, but with a reasonable 3min run the time ends up 1 hour 25min.

Could probably use any profession. Just sub [[healing breeze] for [[melandru's resilience]. Try with another Character, ie I tried this run with my Mo/Ra to check everything worked...
Hire a runner from Sifhalla.
watch the zone on Bjora Marches, the mandragor can insta agro on spawn.
Double check your enchants before agroing.
Watch where you flag, don't go so far as to loose your enchants!
Keep up PS just in case :-)
My connection tends to jump around a lot, so there's a lot of overkill. With just [[melandru's resilience], you can agro 2-3 groups at a time np. More with [[shielding hands]+[[shield of absorption]. Which synergizes well with Rampager Scrolls as you can constantly keep up the scroll.
