Code=058 & Code=007

Well I never had this problem before but sometimes when I go to log in it works just fine but for the most part it loses connection to the server now I know its not my internet cause all my other games worked (L4D CSS TF2 Crysis Diablo 2) right after I try to log in so my question is has anybody found out wth this is or how to fix it?

I did do an -image so that it downloads the updates automatically instead of going through each zone but I've done that before and never got this.

It will be a problem somewhere on the route from you to ANet's servers.

Try using the -diag switch - that will, among other things, test your connection to the servers and generate a log file in your GW directory.

Im getting code 058 now. I was just on 30 minutes ago, got 007, now im getting 058 when i try to log in.

There are many (many) computers/routers between you and ANet. If any one of them has problems, your connection can suffer. There isn't one big long cable connecting you with the GW servers with nothing in between.

This started happening to me about 2 weeks ago... cleared up after about 24 hours... and then started again yesterday. My game is totally unplayable right now. Struggle for 15-20 mins to get into my GH to stand around and chat... yaaaayyyy?

I did a tracert on the IPs the game tried connecting to when the problem started and there were a ton of timeouts. Getting the same results today. I decided to email support earlier, but we are at the stage where they look over the log from the diagnostic test and tell me that there doesn't seem to be a problem.

This started for me on Monday.Code 58 all day and couldnt log on the entire day.
Tuesday I was able to log on 3 times but kicked with a code 007 within minutes.
Today i have a few 007's but not too bad.

I have had this error message a few times(058). To fix it, i just deleted the Gw.dat file.

Is there a way to fix it without having to delete it because you have to download everything again

Internet fine , other games fine,but gw .... since monday I am getting disconnects ........ even after the router update made by Anet. Error 058.................just when I went to the Deep for the ZQ.....
