signing up for xunlai tournament house

I'm encountering some problems here. I've spoken with Tolkano and registered my account name. I've gone to the register page on the guild wars website. All the information is filled in correctly.
When I click submit, it tells me that there was a problem and to correct the issue marked in red. My account name is marked in red. It's been registered with Tolkano and spelled correctly, so I can't figure out what the problem is.
Any Ideas?

The account name is the e-mail address you use to log in to Guild Wars.

EDIT: nevermind, I figured it out. Thanks a ton though. I was starting to get frustrated haha

Yeah its the e-mail address you use to log in.
The other e-mail address can be the same or different, but a verification e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address that you place in the E-mail line,so it should be an e-mail address you check regularly.

Remember to keep separate passwords for your game and XTH accounts. The predictions for this month's tournament are also due in <24 hours.
