i've just been hacked and need help

yeah i've just been hacked and i was able to stop the entire hackin "transactions" by changing my password and was able to get a screen shot of this guy on my friends list i was just wondering if anything can be done or if i can do and anything to get this guy

lol seriously start over? anet wont do a thing? a simple report will do nothing? i haven't dled any "third party" program or anything like that but im suspicious of this site because i used the same pw and email

Phew, last topic I read of this was a guy talking about how his armor was stolen and he needed monies, RUNESCAPEEEERRRR!!!!!!!!

Anywho yea..Anet wont give you anything back pretty much and it's beyond you to prove you were "hacked" so gg.

yeah id like a try i mean it would be stupid not to? i'm actually talking to this guy that i dont know and found him on my friends list i assume that hes the mule everything is being transfered on to. man and to think i was only playing yesterday and now after 44months i've been basically robbed clean

The most you can do is get the other guy banned. Don't expect all your stuff to come back (unfortunately).

Contacting support is the only thing you can do. There's nothing we can do here to help.
