Err Guys What is Scythe Snathes & Grips

Newbie to the game and just got Pro + NF

Started the Dervish Character and reading the guides on Dervish

Came across this terms Scythe Snathes & Grips - what does this mean ?

both are terms for the weapon mods that you can add onto items to make them better. Snathe is the blade, where the grip is well its the grip

The Snathe is the curved part that holds the blade while the grip is the handle part the weapon is held by.

One more thing ..I understand the bag pack can hold 20 items but I can only see 8 slot ?

To increase the space in your backpack you will need to buy a "Rune of Holding" from the merchant, actually you will need 2 of them. For both of your bags. But, you can't apply the "Rune of Holding" to your belt pouch, just your bags.

You can also trade battle commendations for Runes of Holding in th Sunspear Great Hall. Much easier on the pocketbook .

You view your backpack by pressing either "F9" or "I" for your inventories. You can have on a backpack(20 items), a belt pouch(5) and 2 bags(5 each, though adding a Rune of Holding will double them to 10).

The only thing with 8 slots, is not your backpack but your skill bar. You are only allowed to use a combination of 8 skills at a time. You can however pick which skills you want on your skill bar anytime you are in an outpost, by pressing "K".

Backpack contains 20 items
Belt contains 5
Bag contains 5 UNLESS its runed with a rune of holding. Charr Bags are like runed bags obtainable in pre.

Nope, Snathe is the handle, not the blade.

Press F9 in order to open all of your characters inventory slots at the same time. If you only press " i " you will see your character, equipment slots and just the belt pouch.

I was wondering each i hit "I" , I did not see the full 20 items

So F9 is the key
