Q. on Non Primary quests

If you complete any non-primary quests in EoTN in Normal mode do they become available again in HM?

Dont think so

im pretty sure once you do a quest then its gone forever.

If it is repeatable yes. If it isn't no.

You can repeat all the primary quests in either Hard mode or Normal mode as much as you want. Just talk to your puddle in the HoM to regain the quest once its completed.

No they don't. If you do the quest for Light of Deldrimor(example) in nm, why would you want to redo in HM?

I'd suppose you'd want "Charr Invaders" for SCC farming? no sorry not possible

Reason I ask is I came across one that isn't categorized in my quest log as a primary quest such as The Anvil of Dragrimmar, which I completed and received the exp and gold reward and then came back a second time to find out I can take the quest again.
I wanted to know if there are farming possiblites fr them mainly for farming title points.

Anvil is a dungeon quest. All dungeon quests are recorded in the Master Dungeon Guide, so they're repeatable in NM and HM.

yea only dungeon quest can be repeated (other then the primary quest)
