festival hats

Wondering if someone could help me . I did a search but could not find anything.

I missed last years Halloween festival . yes very sad. I would love to locate one of the scarecrow masks.

I do know that when in town if you have a hat you can get the one crafted and then every character on that account can have a hat.

i have two accounts one account has festival hats. I knew that sense the hats are customtimized so I am not able to transfer the hats over to the other account and have them created.

Let me ask this questions . if you are a member of a guild and someone in that guild has a hat would you then be able to craft a festival hat?

So much for being sick . That is two holiday that I missed.

Pretty sure that you are out of luck. i have never heard of a festival hat being crafted.

You're definitely out of luck.

The Festival hat guy will only make hats that you've registered with him for characters on that account.

Yep, that is truely sad for me. I knew the answer I guess I was just hopeing that they might have been a way around it.

Yes. I had already duplicated the hat for the other characters . Was hoping that if you were part of a guild and then one of the guild members might be able to have there festival hat crafted and then. but Oh well. I vow never to be sick again. wwwaaa haa hahaaa.

eh if it makes you feel better my friend gave me his old account (now my storage) with the whole 3 >lvl20 chars he made. We were both beta testers. His account (prof only) has Bone Idol preorder and original Pumpkin Crown and there is no way i can ever get it (since I missed the halloween myself)

There will be more hats and hopefully better hats.
I don't really rate the Scarecrow mask

Tengu mask was ok
Dragon mask was really good especially dyed
Pumpkin crown also very good.

Lion mask Antlers Santa and snowman pretty good

The rest average at best.

They need to be more real some of them are just a boring greyish colour with little detail.
Sharper detail more colours and ability to dye the mask if you wish to are all needed to make them more fun.

Its a festival not an opportunity to wear something made of paper mache that you didn't have time to paint.

Sorry to be so critical of the designers who come up with variations on the theme severa times a year but your report card for last halloween must read "could do better"

yea... i want the tengu mask. i preordered factions from gamestop and they sent me my "early access key" (to my email) the day AFTER the event finished. WTF!? :\ /sigh @ gamestop failing at life/customer satisfaction.
