Hey Mods.. You must have got your reward pts. But Others Have not! So dont close the thread. Somthing is wrong with the distribution of the points. I have older accounts that i have done everthing the same but got my reward pts on one but not the other.

There must be some other criteria that is not explained. Just trying to find out what that may be.

Well the original statment by anet was that it would take "a little bit of time" well its been over 14 hours since some ppl have gotten theirs and i am waiting for mine. Like i said i have multiple accounts did the same thing on both and got reward pts on one and not the other as yet.

They are closing threads because there are now 6 threads running on about this, use the search, be patient, find something better to do while you wait and for Pete's sake STFU.

UPDATE... Anet has responded by telling me to contact support. So Guess its not just an issue of "system busy updating"

Well 6 threads... kinda makes me think that this is a topic ppl want to discuss. So why you being a censor? You dont want to hear about it cause it may not affect you.

Like you mentioned, Anet is aware of the issue, and all contacting support will only lead to more delay, cause they need to reply to every single email ^^
Just wait for a few days, the Zchest is going nowhere anytime soon...
patience is a virtue, as is the search button...

Edit: I got 4 accounts still waiting for the points, and no cash to spend... but you don't see me yelling murder yet, so not everyone who is affected makes such a big issue out of this ^^

No, it's not a topic people want to discuss, it's just something that gets brought up EVERY TIME since people won't wait to get their points. That's why these threads are always close.

If you have an issue, contact NCSoft support. That's all anyone here can tell you. Regina has said numerous times. Contact them, don't post here.

How long have you guys waited before? this is the first time for me it has taken this long. ANet stated in the release stated "a little bit of time" well its been longer than that. ANet responds by saying contact support not, "please wait"

So im guessing there may be an additional criteria that was not disclosed. I maybe wrong but heck is this the not forum for asking these questions?

Q&A is the part of the forum for game related questions. But this gets posted every month. That's why there's all the backlash from people. So use the search feature next just to make sure.

I don't understand why people are always so impatient, at the end of the day you didn't have to pay, nor make much effort to obtain any reward points, I and many others have been waiting just as long as you.

Regina has already explained why it may take a while in a previous thread, so bear with them while everything updates.

i have yet to get my rewards points as many of the ppl who have posted in this+the other threads, and im not moaning either. Just be patient and yes ppl post 6 different threads that doesnt mean its important just that their bad at using search. Does it matter 6 different threads or one thread with everyone's complaints? one thread will let other mroe important threads display instead of the whole first page displayed with OMG I DIZ NUT GIT ME RPS MAAAAN

Hi, these are message boards for a game that has millions? of people playing daily. Most people register an account just to ask a question and maybe, just maybe have never used a forum before. They get excited, "ZOMG I CAN TALK TO PEOPLE!" and make topics out of random. Most are too impatient to look past the top 5 threads on the forum to see if certain things have already been discussed. Peg this to laziness or possibly inexperience.

Perhaps the people running Guru should sticky a thread in Q&A labeled, "zoMg whurs mai RPsssSSs!!!!1!!eleventyone!!" and leave it there for the trolls.

Just sayin'...

They'll get to it. I checked mine right after I saw the news about the new tonic, and hadn't gotten anything yet. But I checked to see if any updates had been patched in and at the time they hadn't. Later that evening, both were ready. I know, like many of the people with complaints, as soon as I saw other people getting their points, I hopped right on to get mine. It doesn't feel great being one of the late ones, but there's alot of people making predictions now so chances are you're going to hear about points long before you're up.
