If there can only be 12 tonics, why add this head thing? I think its funny but definitely not worth it to be one of the exclusive 12 monthly tonics. Ill just save my keys for next months update.

I would it expect to be early. Since I think we all know what tomorrow is, I think it'd be best to be rolled out tonight.

Overall I Think Anet could have made a better tonic for the month, because I the majority of the people hated it, and so do I...The Macabre tonic just isn't as cool as some other tonics they could be made.
Anet should REALLY consider choosing player ideas for tonics instead of really weird ones.
