I've seen prophecies collector's editions on ebay before go for like 200$ and up. Good thing I just shelled out the 60$ when it first came out.

The guy has a reserve price on it, so I'm 100% sure that if you bid under at least 150GBP you won't be getting it. He just started it low so you'd all get your hopes up.

Either way, no the games aren't region specific. You should be able to add the key to your account. Mind you, you'll get no extra bonuses but the Divine Aura(if you already have Prophecies) and whatever else is physically in the box.
