yeah it could be that since I spent a bunch of years living in japan that the more Asiatic look is more appealing to me.....but what I was getting at was the amount of choices you have in the character creation screen in factions as opposed to that of propechies....more hair colors, more styles more faces etc....go back to prophecies and see that you had like 5 choices for hair color for say a female ele...now go to factions and see the extra choice available....


but in the end its all a matter of personal opinion, what one person sees as good looking, others may want to barf out their breakfast over.....but thats what makes life interesting.

Female els are the best looking and have the best armor options. Some female rits and canthan monks are cute too. Only problem with monks is their armor isn't that great overall. Female rit armor is hit or miss.

Female Elite kurizk mesmer armor is pretty FTW.

Female rits with trubs' armor(no I don't know which one it is...).

Female sins, especially naked. Those things show more cleavage. :P

Female:

Uh, not really much to mention here... it's explicit fanservice (cough ele cough) and it doesn't look particularly outstanding. My favorites would have to be female warriors and necros from Tyria, however.

Male:
I like male eles, rangers, (long hair on guys = ) and necros from Tyria. Male dervishes are also quite good-looking too.

Funny enough, my elementalist, ranger, necro, and dervish characters are male.

Female Canthan rangers, and any dapper mesmer, male or female.

By far female mesmers. More specifically mine

Any prof can be made to look good but mesmers always manage to go further. Although i do like the look of my rit and warrior too.

the one that is the most appealing to me would have to be Dervishes for their faces and hair, with prophecies rangers being the 2nd, and female mesmers from prophecies.

Prophecies male and female necros, Prophecies female mesmers. Good looking female mesmer combinations are tough to put together, but can be done very well.

They did something to the texture quality. Either the textures are smaller or they simply weren't cleaned up before release. Canthan faces look really amature, like half of the Prophecies faces do. Fortunately, the other half of Prophecies faces and most of the Nightfall faces look professional. When I create a character, the thing I care about most is the quality of the work on the face.
