[Aura of Displacement]
Because I would use it. Every. Day. More noble/risky/powerful things would be fun but not as commonly used.
Now, if we're making full skill bars with no limitations:

Reasoning behind each skill:
1. AoD - I think this one's pretty self explanatory.
2. Escape - again, pretty easy to understand.
3. RC - In real life, humans don't tend to "take damage" as often as they get "conditions." Even Blind, Cripple, and Deep Wound are considered conditions so really, this is all the healing you'll need.
4. PS - Fear nothing. Jump off a cliff pre-protted and you're golden. About to get in a car wreck? With a 1/4 second cast time you'll want away with some bumps and bruises tops.
5. RTL - Because if you ever DO get in a fight, you get to end it before it begins.
6. Mist Form - For little things like winning wars, where all the damage you take would technically be physical.
7. SF - For slinking around.
8. Star Burst - Not many people would put this, but really, if you ever get into a fight, touch, gg.
