Should Wisdom / Treasure hunter be account based?

This one should be most obvious.
Character based Treasure Hunter strongly encourages single character playstyle and practically punishes those who want to play with multiple different ones - your lockpicks/keys used don't count to your title you work on and you don't get retention bonuses.
Character based Wisdom doesn't cause that problems (you can just move your golds to your wisdom char, minor annoyance) but with changing TH there's no reason not to change this one aswell.

I want more eggs ... or maybe something equivalent for Wisdom.
In case someone didn't get it Golden_Egg

Off course they should. I know some people who have actually left GW because they got angry about having to tranfer gold drops arroun each time to id them on the same character.
personally I'm not into either tittle, I don't open chests (unless in specific area's) and I id on each character I play with, but the it makes perfect sense to make them account wide imo.

wow, never tire of the new threads for what is essentially the same question?
make it simple - the only title's that shouldn't be account based are:
protector/guardian
skill hunter
survivor
legendary defender
they're the only titles that require anything of the player to achieve, beyond simply time. logically then, they're the only titles that shouldn't go account wide.
oh, and to put some effort back into survivor - make a KO in the tournament count as a death.

These two titles should be account based. The amount of time it takes to get these titles is far longer than any other title.
The Treasure hunter title affects lockpick retention rate (as does Lucky title, which is account based) and having the same retention rate across all characters would help to encourage people who like to play multiple characters to do so.
The Wisdom title should be account based because it would make playing on multiple characters less of a burden. No more putting unid's in storage then switching characters just to ID the stuff. Since A-Net seems to want to facilitate the use of multiple characters, making these to titles account based would be a very good way to do that.

u know this is the exact reason i refuse to use lockpicks atm. I play many different characters, and yet if i were to use lockpicks whilst out and about, i'd never get a single title for years. If it were account based, i'd have a chance since they'd all be working towards the same goal. However, as it stands, i only use lockpicks i happen to find, which is a shame, but then they made really important titles like these character based. Isn't that the biggest shame of them all for a game that promotes multi-character use by gving players 8 character slots to begin with and a way to buy more?
they're finally making the HoM account based now, so they know full well people use more than 1 character, so why do they insist on grindy, rediculouse titles to still be character based?
in the one hand they're saying with the HoM, we know u feel cheated with multi characters, yet at the same time promote single character use with these titles.
granted some should be character based, such as protector/guardian and the like. But since accounts SHOULD only be 1 player (it says in the EULA somewhere, account sharing it against the rules) why they think the same person is gonna spend another year and a half grinding the same title to have it an another character that are both HIS/HERS???
