Troll much? Killed U does make several good points. He's basically saying all builds are designed to abuse some sort of mechanic to make them effective, which all popular builds do. RAWR abused VoD, Splitter Weapon, and certain healball holding tactics, SABway abused exploitable pet corpses and soul reaping, IWAY abused... well IWAY and the lack of counters to physical pressure at the time prior to LoD's existance, Zergway abused paragon shout synergy.
Anyway... short answer is NO, definately no, not even for a temporary weekend. By making something temporary or limited, a.net will get higher then expected results which schew their research, making them think 6v6 is more popular then it really is. That is why we were stuck with 6v6 in the first place, they coupled it with a double fame weekend, saw the increase in participation and though "ohh people like this" when really they just liked the doulbe fame and the shake up to the meta. When 6v6 became stall and people figured out the meta, it was much worse then 8v8 because it had less room for creativity and development of new builds.
6v6 removed the ability to create finesce builds. Teams didn't have room for shutdown characters, and often ended up being 2 or 3 healers and 4 or 3 offensive characters. Searing Flames and SH teams were all the rage and were completely skillless to run. The game becomes who can nuke the other fastest, and had very little to do with developing coherient synergetic builds. You might as well just throw in an Ursan Arena and call it a day.
