When I install my CDs to my computer I keep getting a box that pops up saying "The proceduare entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL" what does this mean?

That you lack the entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW in a library file PSAPI.DLL.

Download the game from gw.com, you won't have problems...

Here are steps in how to download the client:

Go to http://www.guildwars.com/

Under the "Hot Links" click "Download The Game"

That will download the game client, enjoy.

You have conflicting psapi.dll files, use windows search to find them all, rename all except the one in c:\windows\system32\ to psapi.dll.bak

Are you British and using BT Broadband and their execrable BT Broadband Help? If so, that's your problem. They distributed an old version of psapi.dll along with that trash, so delete it.

Sorry I didnt get back with you all. I am from the USA. I am going to check the files because I have been downloaded the client version on the site. I will let you guys know how it went. Again thank you for the advice.
