Double GvG weekend again ?!

Logged into GW today to be greeted by "Double GVG weekend" msg

Did we not have this only the weekend before last

2 weekends ago I think it was double reward points for Automated tournaments...Seriously though like 40+ weeks are all PvE based, what's the crying about?

eehh another pointless weekend for me. i'm not srs bsns enough to be in a champ range guild. double fame weekends though, that's where it's atttttt, i love those. noobs galore.

but yeah there's lots of stupid pve weekends. at least there will be double faction for my guild on this one. hopefully a double glad weekend is coming up soon.

Don't care about it. Dragon Festival is going to be one of the two weekends after.

Doesn't bother me. Make the best of each weekend... if there's a PvP event and you're PvE, quiet, lag-less weekend :P.

Hoping for a new Dragon Mask at the Dragon Festival this year, I missed the original one, and although I didn't mind the Demon one we got last year, it didn't seem too popular with others, so I'm sure they'll do something more similar to the original Dragon one..

If you don't like GvG, you should use this weekend to get yourself addicted! There will be a lot of extra guilds playing who don't normally play, so the competition will have quite a nice variety as it always does on these weekends.

VQ/Dungeon week-end it is...

HAHA Double Champ weekend on the same weekend as the MaT.

The winning guild could come away with 22 champs just from the tourny
(IF the Swiss rounds go 7 and they draw a 1200 rated guild each time)
But probably will earn ATLEAST 16 - 18.

I'll take the double faction though, I can fill up the 50k cap pretty quick getting 2.5k faction a match.

We'll guest you Witchblade, but only if you bring the Polar bear, or panda, or whatever bear it is you have.

Even outside the champ range the double faction gain for GvG is something BIG, much bigger than most people realise. Doing 100k faction by just playing multiple fast GvGs during this event even at low rating levels should not be any problem.

And as for the champ title... let's wait to see which gimmick will be used this weekend to farm 50+ CPoints in one weekend

I'd venture a guess it'll be Paraway, same as always. Then at least one guild will get blacklisted among the PvP community for doing it.

But seriously, every single week, all I hear is "OMG! Double XP Skill cap! SO DUMB!!!!" or "ANOTHER PVP WEEKEND??!?!?!!??!!!" even though 35/52 weekends at least are PvE related

Thats still too much, 2 out of 5 weekends for pvp when only 1 out of 10 people actually pvp is why you always get complaints for pvp weekends - because the majority dont play.

i am glad someone else posted this topic besides me lol you think they could come up with a better weekend then dubble this or that. i think a lol weekend would be allow ursan in pvp LOL
